We are mentoring of five F.L.L Junior teams
at Rimon Primary School in Kfar Yona.
Our team cooperates with Kfar Yona’s FRC Group, BumbleB #3339.
This year, 2017-18, the subject of the FLL Junior project is Aqua Adventure.
Each group that we instruct has six children from the second grade of Rimon School in Kfar Yona.
We teach the children how to build and program a robot and prepare a short research study.
Our teams are: Lego Heroes 901 Nir and Danielle, Water Robot 902 Gili and Ohad, Tigers 904 Maya and Ariel, Lego Stars 983 Lea and Yael, Lego Champions 903 Noa and Ofek.
Every Friday after school we meet up and go to the primary school together to mentor them.
The team’s tradition of volunteering as young mentors started in last year, 2016-17, in the Creature Craze season.
We have been maintaining this tradition and are proud of it
